Music teacher recruitment and assessment for academies and schools
We're a music school that vets every teacher before their first lesson. Now we're putting that same filter to work for your institution: musicians assessing musicians, with an audition, a sample lesson and a teaching interview.

What we solve
Hiring a music teacher isn't like hiring for any other role.
A résumé doesn’t show whether someone can teach
A great performer isn’t always a great teacher. We assess the lesson, not just the résumé.
Hiring takes weeks away from your coordinators
Posting, screening, listening to and comparing candidates takes time your team needs for teaching.
HR can’t assess musical skills
Bowing technique, an embouchure or the way someone corrects a child takes a musician’s ear to judge.
Background checks can’t be left for later
Working with children requires checking backgrounds and disqualifications before hiring.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a traditional recruiting firm?
We’re a music school: the people doing the assessing are music teachers. That’s why we measure what a generic process can’t see, like technique, ear and teaching style, through an audition and a sample lesson.
Do you hire the teachers and send them to my institution?
No. We don’t act as an employer or a staffing agency. Your institution hires the teacher it chooses directly; we help you find and assess them.
Do you run the sexual-offense disqualification check?
We check public records with the candidate’s consent, but Colombian law assigns the sexual-offense disqualification check to the hiring organization (Law 1918 of 2018 and Decree 753 of 2019). We explain how to do it in our background check guide.
Do you only work in Bogotá?
In-person assessments take place in and around Bogotá. The audition, interview and sample lesson can also be done over video call for institutions in other Colombian cities.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the service, the number of openings or candidates, and the type of position. Tell us what you need in the form and we’ll send you a proposal.
Request a proposal
Tell us which teacher you need or who you'd like us to assess. We'll reply with a proposal tailored to your institution, with no commitment.
