Tailored music teacher recruiting

A résumé doesn’t tell you whether someone can teach. That’s why every candidate we present has gone through a structured interview, an audition and a sample lesson, scored with a rubric by music teachers. You decide based on evidence, not gut feeling.

Ideal for

  • Music academies adding a new instrument or opening a new location.
  • Schools that need a music, band, choir or early music education teacher.
  • After-school programs and family compensation funds.
  • Foundations and cultural organizations running arts education programs.

What's included

  • A discovery meeting to define what the role really needs: ages, group sizes, repertoire, schedules and language.
  • Candidate search across our teacher network and music communities.
  • A structured interview with the same criteria for every candidate.
  • A short audition and a sample lesson tailored to your students’ level.
  • Reference and public-record checks, with each candidate’s consent.
  • A comparative report on the shortlist with scores, strengths and red flags.

How it works

  1. Assessment

We get to know your institution, your students and what hasn’t worked before. From there, we define the profile and the rubric.

  2. Search

We recruit candidates who fit the instrument, the ages and the format of your lessons.

  3. Musical and teaching screening

Interview, audition and sample lesson. Only those who prove they can play and can teach move forward.

  4. Verification

References and public records, with the candidate’s consent. We guide you through your own disqualification check.

  5. Shortlist and decision

You receive the strongest profiles with their reports. You interview, choose and hire directly.

What you get

  • A shortlist of three assessed candidates
  • A report for each candidate with rubric scores
  • A recording or notes from the sample lesson
  • A summary of references and checks
  • Follow-up after hiring
