Why choose online lessons
From any country
Medellín, Cali, Madrid, Mexico City, Miami or a small town: all you need is an internet connection.
Schedules that actually work for you
No commute, no traffic: the lesson starts when you open the video call.
A teacher chosen for you
You get access to the whole team, no matter who lives nearby.
A live lesson, not a recorded course
Your teacher listens to you, corrects you on the spot and adjusts the lesson to your pace.

Lesson times in your country
Lessons are live video calls with the same teacher each week. They are in Spanish, and some teachers also teach in English. Colombia keeps the same time year-round (UTC−5), so it's easy to arrange a regular time wherever you are.
Peru, Ecuador and Panama
The same time as Bogotá.
Mexico City
One hour behind Bogotá.
Miami and New York
The same time in winter and one hour ahead in summer.
Los Angeles
Three hours behind in winter and two in summer.
Buenos Aires
Two hours ahead of Bogotá.
Madrid
Six hours ahead in winter and seven in summer.
What you need for your first lesson
A stable connection
Wi-Fi or mobile data with a good signal; ideally, sit close to the router.
A well-placed camera
Your hands and posture should be visible: from the side for piano, from the front for singing.
Clear audio
Your phone or computer microphone; headphones if there’s an echo.
Frequently asked questions
Can you really learn music over a video call?
Yes. Singing, theory, piano, and guitar adapt very well, and most instruments work with good camera positioning. What matters is that lessons are live and include ongoing guidance. We cover the benefits and limitations in why take online music lessons.
What language are the lessons taught in?
In Spanish. Some teachers also teach in English: message us on WhatsApp, tell us which instrument you want to learn, and we'll let you know who can teach you in that language.
Can I take lessons from the United States, Spain or another country?
Yes. Lessons are live video calls and work the same way from any country. We agree on a regular time, accounting for the time difference with Bogotá, which keeps the same time year-round.
Which platform do you use?
A regular video call from your phone, tablet or computer. Your teacher sends you the link and, if needed, helps you set up your audio before the first lesson.
Do they work for kids?
Yes, with an adult nearby for the first few lessons to help with the camera and keep them focused. See our guide to supporting your child in online lessons.
Can I combine online and in-home lessons?
If you live in Bogotá or nearby, yes: many families combine both formats from week to week. See our in-home music lessons in Bogotá and how hybrid lessons work.
How much do online lessons cost?
Each lesson lasts 90 minutes. With the monthly plan of 4 classes, each lesson costs less than a single class. See your rate on our pricing page.
Would you rather we message you?
Leave your name and WhatsApp number. We'll message you to understand what you're looking for and recommend teachers and times. No commitment.
